SM Hotel Maison Loeffel - price & offer
We only rent our double rooms at a flat rate depending on the number of people and the selected weekend (see also requests). A weekend (apart from the special theme weekends) generally has the following structure:
- from 3:00 p.m. arrival
- 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, welcome sparkling wine with canapés
- Breakfast every morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- 3-course menu every evening on the weekend (possible intolerances will be taken into account, vegan only after special consultation on request) or during the week in the summer weeks main course with salad or starter or dessert
- Departure on the last day by 1:00 p.m.
The price includes all non-alcoholic drinks (coffee and tea can only be ordered in the kitchen), as well as the welcome, breakfast and dinner in the evening. Alcoholic beverages are entered in the list for the respective room and billed separately at checkout. With the theme events there are additional things that are also included in the room price, see the descriptions for dates and inquiries.
Towels are plentiful both on the floor with the play rooms as well as in the sauna and dining area.

One person in addition in the room per night 140 €, a second person (only in room 1 with two queen size bed) 100 € per night.
Execution reservation / booking / payment
After a request you will either receive a reservation confirmation or a cancellation (if the WE is not free or not possible). In the reservation confirmation you will receive the bank account on which the down payment over 50% should be paid within one week, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
As soon as the money is received, you will receive a booking confirmation and the further procedure sent.
If (for whatever reason) it becomes necessary to cancel, a compensation fee of 10 € will be charged up to 30 days before arrival, which will be deducted on the return of the deposit.
From 29 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be deducted as compensation and 13 to 4 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be due as compensation.
Even more short-term then means that 75% of the total amount will be due as compensation. Rebookings up to 30 days before arrival are possible free of charge.
